With this range of services, we are able to provide services where customers want (Cape Reinga to the Bluff), when they want (with varying response options) and at a range of cost points. This enables us to support self service, third party service, direct service or any custom service a customer may want. Our teams consist of Allot, Apple, Microsoft, PMP, PRINCE2, Adobe, Cisco Systems, Red Hat, Sun Micro Systems, Novell and the Computing Technology Industry Association (CompTIA) certified people. Obviously we are adding certifications for the new network products we are now taking on and are committed to bringing our people up to the highest standards. We will be looking at bringing someone to NZ to train our teams to a higher level.

Our Services Team uses a state-of-the art Services Management System, integrated with our telephony system to ensure all contacts with customers are captured (at any time, via any medium) and acted on according to the rules associated with that particular caller. The Services Management System tracks calls, provides escalation management, tracks issue resolution performance and is integrated with an active knowledge management system that provides support for fast, accurate issue resolution.

We have approximately 100 Service staff distributed across New Zealand, managed by 6 experienced managers, in a dedicated Services structure. Our Services are supported by Service Logistic locations in Auckland.
